We stock over 100 different cheeses from the both the UK and the Continent. We constantly taste our cheeses to check that they are at their very best when offered to our customers - quality is our watchword.
As well as staple classics such as Cheddar, Stilton and Brie, we always try to have a variety of new cheeses to excite our customers. More new cheeses are currently being developed in the UK than across the rest of Europe. This has been driven by the need for dairy farmers to add value to their product since the price offered for milk has dropped so drastically. We sell a range of delicious, very local cheeses such as Barkham Blue, Wigmore, Waterloo and Spenwood – and many others from across the South of England.
The recent addition of our own, specially selected Grey’s Unpasteurised Farmhouse Cheddar is a huge hit with our customers and is fast becoming our biggest seller. Due to increasing customer demand, we now offer a large selection of goats’ and sheep’s milk cheeses.
