Barkham Blue is an English, pasteurised, vegetarian blue cheese.

Made locally to our old shop by Sandy Rose, multiple award winning Barkham Blue is one of our most popular cheeses.  It has a distinctive appearance with a natural mould ripened rustic rind.

The deep yellow moist interior is spread with dark blue-green veins.  It has a rich blue taste, smooth and buttery, without the harshness of many blue cheeses.  Barkham Blue has just won Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards.

When ordering your online cheese for next day delivery, remember that the perfect cheeseboard comprises a hard cheese, a soft cheese and a blue cheese. you can also include a goat's cheese, a sheep's cheese or perhaps a washed rind cheese.
