We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. 

For next day delivery, subject to stock availability, orders need to be received by 11am. If any items are out of stock we will endeavour to contact you immediately with suggestions for alternatives or to rearrange delivery for when your exact choices become available.

We pay for overnight delivery. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
Preferred delivery dates can be requested. Saturday deliveries are possible, however, since these will be delivered by Royal Mail, increased charges will apply. 
Deliveries are sent out Monday – Thursday overnight on a next day service arriving Tuesday – Friday. Since cheese is a perishable product, the courier will not take the package back to the depot. It is therefore imperative that there is someone present to accept the goods. If this is not possible, then a safe place must be specified. It may be more convenient for the delivery to be made to your place of work. We cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the product if it is not refrigerated upon delivery
Delivery to certain parts of the British Isles including the Island and the Scottish Highlands are harder to get to and therefore delivery price and times may vary.
