Greys Ash is an English, soft, ash coated, unpasteurised, vegetarian goats cheese

A citrusy ash-coated goat log made for us by the fabulous Pete Humphries and Roger Longman at Bagborough Farm near Glastonbury.

This lovely cheese is one of our top twelve and is not only delicate and delicious as part of a cheeseboard but also fabulous grilled on a salad.
