Murcia al Vino is a Spanish, washed rind, hard, unpasteurised goats cheese.

A really interesting one, also known as Drunken Goat, Murcia Al Vino is a semi-hard fatty goats' milk cheese made in the South East of Spain.  

The cheese-makers only use milk from registered Murcian goats who graze on the sunny herbal hills.  The cheese is washed in local red wine as it matures. It is creamy, slightly salty and pleasantly aromatic from the wine washes.
