Applebys Cheshire is an English, hard, unpasteurised, cows milk cheese.

Using a recipe handed down through generations of the Appleby family, this traditional Cheshire is moist and crumbly with a clean and zesty taste that becomes a rich and lingering flavour in the mouth.

It is made using the farm's own unpasteurised milk.  It is excellent used in cooking and goes particularly well with fruit cake and malt whiskey.
