Brebirousse D'Argental is a soft, French, pasteurised, sheeps' cheese.

Made in Lyon, this oozing delight of a cheese is a real winner.  It has a beautiful orange, wrinkled rind over the most silken and smooth pate.  It tastes grassy and mushroomy with a tasty fattiness unique to sheep's cheeses.

I have yet to find a customer who doesn't love this cheese.  It goes really well with a good glass of Sancerre or Cotes du Rhone.
