Brica Feda is a French unpasteurised, ash coated, soft sheeps cheese.

A fabulous ash-covered pillow of loveliness from our marvellous French supplier.  Brica Feda is mild, creamy and sweet with a soft and smooth texture.

This is unusual not only in shape but also being an ash-coated ewes' cheese.
