A French soft pasteurised goats cheese

One of our personal favourites, this gorgeous goat's cheese delights on many levels.

Chèvre des Cremieres cheese rind is bloomy and velvety with brain-like wrinkles while the triple cream paste within oozes when ripe. The flavour is fresh and grassy, buttery and milky with just a gentle reminder of goat.
