Colston Bassett Stilton is an English, creamy, pasteurised blue cheese.

This has been our Stilton of choice for nearly ten years, the use of traditional rennet means it has a richer and better balanced flavour than it's peers.

It is an absolute customer favourite for its creaminess, depth and complex character. The Colston Bassett dairy has been making their Stilton to the same recipe for over a hundred years and only uses milk from those local farms that are within a mile and a half of the dairy. It continues to bolster its fantastic reputation year on year winning countless prizes and accolades.
