Devon Oke is a hard, English, pasteurised cheese.

Made by Rachel Stephens at Stockbeare Farm on the edge of Dartmoor, this full fat hard cheese is based on a recipe from the seventeenth century.

It is a particular favourite of our younger customers as it lacks the punchy acidity of our farmhouse cheddars, while still having a wonderfully balanced flavour. Matured for at least six months.
