Devon Smoake is an English, hard, smoked, pasteurised, cows cheese.

This is the smoked version of Devon Oke, the cheese is cut and then smoked over oak giving it a lovely woody and smokey flavor.

Rachel Stephens has been  making cheese at Stockbeare farm for the last 25 years. She uses milk from the farms own herd as well as some other local dairies.
