Gorgozola dolce cremosa is an Italian, soft, pasteurised, blue cows cheese.

Our incredible Gorgonzola is made by Giuseppe Mesina on his farm, using milk from his own herd, in Piedmont, Italy.

It is extremely creamy, almost spreadable in texture with a sweet and mild "blue" flavour.
