Our Halloumi is A semi-hard English vegetarian sheep's cheese.

An amazing cheese for grilling and barbecuing, halloumi retains it shape instead of melting all over the place.  Our delicious  Halloumi is made with pure ewes' milk whereas many on the market include goats' and cows' milk.

We have chosen to go with an English halloumi rather than the traditional Cypriot version because it is such a versatile ingredient for vegetarians when it does not contain animal rennet.  Ours is made at the High Weald dairy in East Sussex and is organic as well as vegetarian.

When ordering your online cheese for next day delivery, remember that the perfect cheeseboard comprises a hard cheese, a soft cheese and a blue cheese. you can also include a goat's cheese, a sheep's cheese or perhaps a washed rind cheese. A cheeseboard can be purely British cheeses or French cheese, Italian cheese, Spanish cheese or can be a combination of artisan cheeses from across the world.
