Langres is a French, soft, unpasteurised, washed rind cheese.

This stunning little cheese has been washed in brine and annatto leaving it with a gorgeous wrinkled orange rind. Langres is complex, creamy and rich.

It comes from the Champagne region of France and the cheese has a little dip in it, called a fontaine , which is perfect for a little slosh of fizz.
