Montgomery Cheddar is an English, unpasteurised, hard cows cheese.

Widely believed to be The King of Cheddars, Montgomery has been made on Manor Farm in Somerset for three generations.

It is one of only a handful of cheddars made in the truly traditional manner and it has always been popular with our customers. Jamie Montgomery and his herd of 200 Freisans make a cheddar that is rich, fruity, complex and nutty with a lingering finish.
