Ogleshield is a springy, unpasteurised, English cheese.

A collaboration between Jamie Montgomery of cheddar fame and Neals Yards' affineur William Oglethorpe, Ogleshield was conceived as a way of using milk from Jamie's Jerseys.

The result is a rich, fruity and winey, similar to a Raclette and a great West Country alternative to the same.
