This delightful little cheese is similar to a Perail. It is intensely creamy with a lovely sweetness and a delicate and floral flavour.

The milk comes from Lacaune ewes who graze the sparse, rocky scrub of the Causse Mejean, home to 15 endemic species of plant, this gives the cheese its unique flavour. Pair with Coteaux du Languedoc.
