Traditionally melted over an open flame in Alpine regions of France and Switzerland and served with new potatoes and cornichons, Raclette is a popular cheese with our customers during the chillier months.

It is similar to a Gruyère in the way it melts with no separation of fat, it has a nutty, winey flavour with a touch of acidity. If you are after a British alternative, Ogleshield will fit the bill.
