Rustic White Nancy is a semi soft, unpasteurised, English goats cheese.

Another fabulous offering from our friends at Whitelake.  Nancy is a beautiful little semi-soft goats' cheese becoming richer and gooier with age.

It has a lovely bloomy white rind that becomes speckled with yellow when maturing.  Nancy is not a particularly goaty cheese but it does have a complex and lingering flavour.  At Greys we like to sell our Nancys after some further aging but always have the younger ones available too.
