Shropshire Blue is an English, pasteurised, blue cows cheese.

Our Stilton's younger brother, Shropshire Blue is made with the addition of annatto, a natural colourant often used in cheese making.

The annatto adds a sweetness to the cheese and the stunning orange hue that stands out beautifully on a cheese board. The cheese is best at 6 to 8 weeks old so is less strong than our Stilton that is at least 3 months old.
