Tomme a l'ail des Ours is a French, unpasteurised flavoured cows cheese.

Packed with mountain herbs and wild garlic, this cheese is wonderfully aromatic.  It has a smooth, semi-soft, springy texture.

The garlic flavour is further intensified because the cows have been grazing on the wild garlic too.
