Wigmore is an English soft, unpasteurised, Brie style sheep's cheese.

Made locally to our old shop, by Anne and Andy Wigmore in Risely, Wigmore is a clear favourite with staff and customers alike.

It is a traditional hand-washed curd cheese with the bloomy rind of a Brie. When ripe, from about three months of age, it oozes its creamy sweetness from within its rind.

When ordering your online cheese for next day delivery, remember that the perfect cheeseboard comprises a hard cheese, a soft cheese and a blue cheese. you can also include a goat's cheese, a sheep's cheese or perhaps a washed rind cheese. A cheeseboard can be purely British cheeses or French cheese, Italian cheese, Spanish cheese or can be a combination of artisan cheeses from across the world. Unpasteurised or raw milk cheese, traditional or vegetarian cheese, strong cheese, mild cheese, alpine cheese, smelly cheese, fondue cheese..... its up to you.
