Smoked Winchester is an English, semi-hard, pasteurised, smoked, vegetarian cheese.

The smoked version of a young Winchester, this beautiful cheese is made by our friend Mike Smales and his team at Lyburn Dairy on the edge of the New Forest.

The large cheese is smoked over oak as a whole, rather than in pieces like some smoked cheese, this results in a subtle smoky flavour running through the smooth textured, creamy cheese.
